For some having a mobility product is a gift sent from God. Not only does the mobility scooters allow easier access when shopping, they also allow the peice of mind that I don’t have to stay at home. I can ride around the neighbor saying hello to the kids, make frequent trips to local stores, as well as visit the mailman at the mailbox without struggling to get there and back or waiting for my busy son or daughter to come over. Make sure that when your mobility scooter arrives to your home that you immediately charge the battery for a minimum of 12 to 14 hours, basically overnight before you ever take your new mobility scooter out.
Purchase the necessary extra batteries when you order a mobility scooter. This way you will always have a extra battery with you at all times that is charged to get you back home if your main battery dies.
Completely run your battery down to less than 10% before you re-charge. Try not to go out to the mailbox and then as soon as you get back plug it into the charger. This will kill your battery life sooner.
